Returns & exchanges

Right of withdrawal

As with any distance purchase, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason (art. 34, Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24.240). To do so, contact us through the contact form with your order number.

Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit your pet or you'd like a different product, message us and we'll arrange the exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Defective items

If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us with photos and your order number and we'll offer an exchange or a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
